INDORE: The Mumbai police has arrested the chief operating officer of anonline survey company for allegedfinancial irregularities, police said today.

Tarak Bajpai, the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) ofSpeak Asia, an online survey company, was arrested late last night in connection with a forgery case from the Vijay Nagar police station area, City Superintendent of Police Amarinder Singh said.

Singh, who refused to give further details, said that Bajpai was being taken to Mumbai for detailed interrogation.

TheSingapore-based company Speak Asia, which is yet to be incorporated as a company in India, charges a membership fee of Rs 11,000 for a year. The members are expected to conduct online surveys for clients of the firm. Members are paid for conducting the surveys.

IPv6 Migration Plan for BSNL NIB Network

The current BSNL NIB Network is not enabled for providing IPv6 services to BSNL customers. Currently customers use Natted Private IPv4 IPs to access Internet services. With the advent of new applications like Voice & Video conferencing, public IPs are required by every user, so that the call can be initiated by either party. To provide globally routable addresses to all the customers and to simplify routing, IPv6 is required. Similarly with IP TV and video applications becoming popular in Broadband connections, the network should support Multicasting to efficiently manage the network traffic. This can be achieved more effectively on IPv6.
A joint project titled "Implementation of IPv6 and Multicast in BSNL NIB Network" between IIT Kanpur and BSNL aims at enabling IPv6 in the BSNL NIB network and rolling out IPv6 services for BSNL customers.
This document details the migration plan for BSNL for enabling IPv6 in the NIB network and start offering IPv6 services to BSNL customers. . Migration Plan To enable IPv6 services, the following steps need to be followed:
1. Study the existing NIB network and verify that the all the equipment installed supports IPv6.
1. Recommend upgradation of the equipment which does not support IPv6. The upgradation could be in terms of Software upgrade or Hardware upgradation/replacement.
1. Plan IPv6 addressing for the entire network.
1. Enable IPv6 routing in the entire network. This will be done in phased manner.
1. Enable IPv6 peering with other ISPs.
1. Setup Name Servers to support IPv6 address resolution.
1. Setup Network Monitoring and Management for IPv6.
1. Enable IPv6 in Access Equipment.

In case of Anant, the Life Time Validity means the License Period of the Operator . The License Period for Cellular Services of BSNL is 20 years w. e. f. 29.02.2000. However, the License is understood to be renewable further on its expiry. In case of Saral Ananth option III and IV, after the initial tariff validity of 365 days, the customer will be migrated to the existing base Saral Anant tariff plan
During both the grace periods, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR Calls, however I/C will be allowed.
The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the grace period, other wise it shall lapse.
The SIM number can be re-activated with additional period of 165 days even beyond the grace period of 15 days for all Card values . However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges.
With Flexi Top up and C-Top up, customers have freedom to choose any denomination, any time and at any where. The top up denomination ranges from as low as Rs. 10 up to Rs. 10,000. Basic price of these top-ups = MRP- Service Tax.
In west Zone, one paisa / sec will be charged for both own network and other network (Intra circle calls and Inter circle calls)under FRC ” 1 paisa / sec Option I. The roaming charges for west zone circles is 1 p/sec for O/G and I/C call.
STV of Rs. 69/- for west zone with tariff validity of one year is applicable. In case of Assam and North East LSAs, the validity of all the FRCs including Saral Anant will be restricted to 90 days. T he Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Rs.100 (Excl of S. Tax) every 90 days will be applicable to Saral Anant plan. This is subject to guidelines issued by Licensing/Regulatory Authority from time to time.
As per GOI order, In case of J&K, Assam and North East LSAs, the validity of all the FRCs including Saral Anant will be restricted to 90 days. T he Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Rs.100 (Excl of S. Tax) every 90 days will be applicable to Saral Anant plan in these LSAs. This is subject to guidelines issued by Licensing/Regulatory Authority from time to time.

General Terms and conditions:-

In case of migration from 2G to 3G, the customer may continue with the existing 2G SIM without any charge or may opt for a new 3G USIM with higher memory for Rs.59.
In case of migration from 2G prepaid to 3G prepaid, the unutilized account balance validity in 2G will be carried forward to 3G.
Replacement of defective SIM/USIM will be free of cost to be made at CSC only, if the replacement of SIM/USIM is due to technical reason beyond the control of customer. However, if the replacement of SIM/USIM is due to customer negligence Rs.59 (Incl. of S.Tax) will be levied. In case customer wants new USIM, replacing the existing 2G SIM, the customer will also have to pay Rs.59.

Promotional 3G Offers
Customers purchasing 3G Data card from BSNL and activating the same will get free data usage of 6 GB per month as 1GB day/any time and 5GB night usage for two months from the date of activation as a promotional offer until further order. However, for getting validity the customer has to recharge with data recharge voucher or fixed monthly charges in case of postpaid connection. The free usage of 6 GB will be added to the free usage available with the data plan. No other freebies may be allowed for the above data cards.

Incoming video call facility allowed to 2G customers with 3G enabled handsets will continue to be allowed until further order.
