Top Speak Asia Officials Arrested

INDORE: The Mumbai police has arrested the chief operating officer of anonline survey company for allegedfinancial irregularities, police said today.

Tarak Bajpai, the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) ofSpeak Asia, an online survey company, was arrested late last night in connection with a forgery case from the Vijay Nagar police station area, City Superintendent of Police Amarinder Singh said.

Singh, who refused to give further details, said that Bajpai was being taken to Mumbai for detailed interrogation.

TheSingapore-based company Speak Asia, which is yet to be incorporated as a company in India, charges a membership fee of Rs 11,000 for a year. The members are expected to conduct online surveys for clients of the firm. Members are paid for conducting the surveys.

Following a controversy in May this year over the company’s operations, an investors protection group filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in the Bombay High Court.

IPv6 Migration Plan for BSNL NIB Network

  • The current BSNL NIB Network is not enabled for providing IPv6 services to BSNL customers. Currently customers use Natted Private IPv4 IPs to access Internet services. With the advent of new applications like Voice & Video conferencing, public IPs are required by every user, so that the call can be initiated by either party. To provide globally routable addresses to all the customers and to simplify routing, IPv6 is required. Similarly with IP TV and video applications becoming popular in Broadband connections, the network should support Multicasting to efficiently manage the network traffic. This can be achieved more effectively on IPv6.
  • A joint project titled "Implementation of IPv6 and Multicast in BSNL NIB Network" between IIT Kanpur and BSNL aims at enabling IPv6 in the BSNL NIB network and rolling out IPv6 services for BSNL customers.
  • This document details the migration plan for BSNL for enabling IPv6 in the NIB network and start offering IPv6 services to BSNL customers. .  Migration Plan To enable IPv6 services, the following steps need to be followed:
    1. Study the existing NIB network and verify that the all the equipment installed supports IPv6.
    1. Recommend upgradation of the equipment which does not support IPv6. The upgradation could be in terms of Software upgrade or Hardware upgradation/replacement.
    1. Plan IPv6 addressing for the entire network.
    1. Enable IPv6 routing in the entire network. This will be done in phased manner.
    1. Enable IPv6 peering with other ISPs.
    1. Setup Name Servers to support IPv6 address resolution.
    1. Setup Network Monitoring and Management for IPv6.
    1. Enable IPv6 in Access Equipment.

  • With Flexi Top up and C-Top up, customers have freedom to choose any denomination, any time and at any where. The top up denomination ranges from as low as Rs. 10 up to Rs. 10,000. Basic price of these top-ups = MRP- Service Tax.
  • In west Zone, one paisa / sec will be charged for both own network and other network (Intra circle calls and Inter circle calls)under FRC ” 1 paisa / sec Option I. The roaming charges for west zone circles is 1 p/sec for O/G and I/C call.
  • STV of Rs. 69/- for west zone with tariff validity of one year is applicable. In case of Assam and North East LSAs, the validity of all the FRCs including Saral Anant will be restricted to 90 days. T he Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Rs.100 (Excl of S. Tax) every 90 days will be applicable to Saral Anant plan. This is subject to guidelines issued by Licensing/Regulatory Authority from time to time.

General Terms and conditions:-

Customers purchasing 3G Data card from BSNL and activating the same will get free data usage of 6 GB per month as 1GB day/any time and 5GB night usage for two months from the date of activation as a promotional offer until further order. However, for getting validity the customer has to recharge with data recharge voucher or fixed monthly charges in case of postpaid connection. The free usage of 6 GB will be added to the free usage available with the data plan. No other freebies may be allowed for the above data cards.

Incoming video call facility allowed to 2G customers with 3G enabled handsets will continue to be allowed until further order.

I have some query for your company.

1- Your website has not details regarding who the people are behind
this i.e. management of this company. Every company website must have
Founder/Management details given on their website. You are hiding this
all details from your user.

2- Every 5 years a new concept comes in market who works for 1-2 years
and closes, without any confirmation to their paid member.

3- If you all working for good quality SURVEYS for almost top company
product. Why you are not given any authorization latter or detail from
them. Either your details should be given on their website or you
Should be their SURVEY partner.

4- The membership fee is too high if you all work for greatest SURVEY then
you keep it very small amount so that all internet user can easily
join it. I think you all making some thing wrong.

5- You are giving a very high return for SURVEY after joining your
paid membership. If you all working for the same you should keep
membership fee small and can kept SURVEYS benefit low, so that a vast
amount of people can join this program.

6- You have kept some other hiding policy like you can withdraw at
lest 80$. And your SURVEY benefit credited after 30 days waiting
period.

So initially its takes at least 70 days to get first withdraw after
being paid member for Rs.11000/

7-Their is no certainness/ guarantee available for user that company
will work for ever. And in case of company closes how one can get
their amount.

8- Last but not least why the company has been started in UP where people are not very professional & not working, looking for JOB opportunity. Now the company is working in All India. If this is a Singapore based company why this has not been working there as well as in all other county instead of Bangladesh
